- International Bank based in Central London requires a Private Banking Assistant to join them on a part-time (Thursdays and Fridays), temporary basis of 2 months. Candidates must have experience gained within a retail / private banking banking environment. Duties to include:

Provide high quality customer service, acting as a point of contact for the Bank’s customers face to face and over the phone, meeting and greeting visitors to the bank

Hand off customer payment instructions to payments team

Monitoring fixed deposits

Act as the primary point of contact for account opening and closures, managing account opening documentation and liaising with operations for progress updates

Maintain KYC and AML documentation

Provide telephone cover in the absence of Relationship Managers

Schedule customer appointments

Assist with customer reviews
To be considered, candidates must have outstanding customer service and excellent numeracy skills with recent, relevant experience gained within a banking environment. Applicants must be able to commit to a part-time position of 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays). -
