- An exiting opportunity has arisen within a newly-established fintech company specialising in unsecured loans. Initially this role will be based in Central London with a view to being based out of Surrey shortly. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping establish the processes and workflows for the Loans Administration function as well as oversee and execute the servicing of loans itself. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to not only shape the workings of the team but to have the responsibility for recruiting team member as well.Duties to include:

Monitoring and servicing the lending portfolio (loan balance / GL reconciliation, oversee borrower positions and transactions in the Loan Management System reporting functions for Unsecured CCA loans)

Process loan cash transactions such as direct debit payment processing, refunds, early loan payoff, etc.

Month end reporting as well as any ad hoc management reports

Assist with general enquiries and liaising with clients and the business daily

Perform critical self-review of work product prior to submission to client and/or supervisor.

Participate in internal projects.

Recruitment and management of the Loan Administration Team.
You will have:-
Recent relevant experience Loans Administration experience at managerial level dealing with in Unsecured Consumer Credit Act (CCA) loans

A pragmatic approach to work with a 'hands-on' attitude

A self-starter and ability to work independently to meet daily / monthly deliverables and multi-task

Ability to identify processing issues and formulate resolution

Very strong systems skills and analytical mind a FINTECH background would be highly desirable

Proactive and willing to take initiative
This is a great opportunity for an individual to shape the direction of a team who wishes to see the immediate impact of the work they do. Experience of working in a start-up function or FINTECH company is highly desirable although not essential. Applicants MUST have experience of working with unsecured loans. -
