- We are pleased to be working with a highly reputable private equity / asset management firm based in Central London who are seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be able to set up and run global talent functions to include talent acquisition, talent development and talent management.
They are looking for this person to make a tangible impact on the business, giving credibility to the HR function by successfully implementing & embedding new initiatives that improve the overall recruitment process.
Projects will range from developing new on-boarding policies & practices, to working on initiatives that ensures Diversity & Inclusion is embedded as part of everyday thinking for the hiring managers.
BAU will focus on the direct sourcing of recruiting high calibre employees into the business, building relationships with hiring managers across multiple global locations.
As an ideal fit for this position, you will possess the following experience–
- Recruiting on an international scale
- Experience working in financial services – ideally Capital Markets
- Designing and delivering recruitment focused projects
- Embedding new diversity initiatives as part of the hiring process
- Exposure to wider HR activities including but not limited to Learning & Development
In summary, this role will suit a ‘hands-on’ candidate who has worked at both an Operational and Strategic level with experience gained in a globally focused financial services business.
