- Are you an experienced Banking & Finance Recruitment Consultant looking for a challenging new opportunity?
We have exciting, ambitious growth plans and are looking for a new consultant to join our growing team. The position would allow you the opportunity and independence to set up and run your own desk and manage your own book of clients and candidates.
The successful candidate:
·Will have a minimum of 3 years recruiting experience within the Banking & Finance sectors
·A track record of billing and building client relationships.
·Would suit someone who is able to build strong client ties and network well
·Confident in your ability to work with mid - senior level candidates in professional sector
·Consultants should be professional, proactive, and ambitious
So what will I be doing?
·You will be responsible for building up your own network including developing existing clients as well as developing new business and building a network of high calibre candidates.
·Typical day will include: Business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates, marketing, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining client relationships, hitting targets!
