- A great opportunity has arisen at a busy and thriving trading house for a KYC Analyst with fluent Mandarin language skills to join their global KYC Team for a contractual period of 12 months to cover maternity.
The purpose of the role is to perform regular audit checks on work carried out by the KYC Team and produce regular reports for the KYC and broader, Compliance teams.
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing accounts set up and processed globally both by the team and STP
- Highlighting any errors in account set up with the relevant team and manager following up to ensure they are rectified
- Producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Producing audit reports for the KYC and Compliance teams for each region
What you will need for this position:
- Thorough understanding of onboarding practices and regulations pertaining to AML & KYC.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin
- A flexible approach to work
