- Rapidly expanding City-based trading house is seeking to strengthen it's Client Services Payments function with the addition of a Client Services Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's portfolio of transaction FI clients receive a best-in-class service. The role also acts as the gateway for clients to access to other teams throughout the payments business in order for their query or request to be resolved.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Assisting and supporting clients with all enquiries, handling queries effectively through to timely resolution, providing a first-class, proactive customer service experience
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
- Assisting with system integration
- Assisting with producing training and procedure documents for payments systems and products available
- Assisting with the delivery of training
- Travelling for client visits and events when required.
- Reporting on customer service metrics for clients
Requirements for the role:
" Previous industry experience in a client services / relationship support position dealing predominantly payments clients is essential to this role
" Experience dealing with FI clients preferred.
" Knowledge of payment and settlement systems would be advantageous
" A strong customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in another language would be highly desirable but not essential
" Meticulous in your work with strong analytical skills
" Ability to use initiative, work with minimal supervision with an appreciation for the necessity to communicate and coordinate work efforts with other employees and organisations.
