- Rapidly expanding trading house is seeking to strengthen their Client Services Team with the addition of a Client Services Associate on a fixed term contractual period of 6 months. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and will be responsible for responding to their queries via telephone, email and 'Live Chat'.What you will be doing:"Answering trading queries, account queries, product enquiries and explaining services available."Placing Spot FX, CFD and Commodity trades, provide quotes"Responding to market queries."Assisting with opening new client accountsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must demonstrate previous work experience gained within a financial services institution ideally within a client/customer services function.
