- Calling all CRM specialists with Emarsys experience! This is a newly created role with a leading corporate brand based in the heart of London, great opportunity to grow and develop. The main function of the role is to assist the Head of Digital and Marketing in planning and delivering CRM campaignsbacross the company to increase customer retention and customer loyalty. Experience with Emarsys is essential - if you are confident in using the system then please get in contact.
Brief outline of key responsibilities:
- Email programs for UK, USA, Germany and international sites
- Email volume growth including the re-engagement and monthly content marketing strategy
- Email efficiency and optimisation with a structured and ongoing test and learn plan
- Frequent analysis of all email marketing programmes providing clear recommendations for future optimisation
- Working closely with other departments including web and buying & merchandising to ensure a seamless customer journey and ensure product availability for campaigns
- Closely monitoring competitor activity/industry trends and proactively suggest ways of making our email creative best in class
- Assist the CRM Manager and the team on ad hoc digital marketing projects, including events and campaigns
