A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well-educated and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join a top international bank and their busy team. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to the team responsible for ensuring the CDD/KYC workflow is meeting the Bank’s Guideline and Sanction requirements.
Duties for the role include:
- Checks the accuracy and quality of information on work done by the associates.
- Check data are correctly input on the screen.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of work done by the associates.
- To analyse and evaluate the problem thoroughly before choosing the best solution.
- Set tasks/projects with its priorities for the team to achieve.
The team is responsible for –
- Ensuring the CDD/KYC workflow is meeting the Bank’s Guideline and Sanction requirements.
- To conduct CDD quality check for ALL customers and carry out comprehensive QA process on cases worked.
- To ensure correct customer data are inputted in the core banking system.
- To conduct checks of customer name and payment screening alert generated by the internal systems.
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, candidates must be university educated, with a
minimum 3 years’ experience in banking and financial services in a QA role. Candidates must possess an excellent knowledge retail banking products and services available to customers as well as a detailed understanding of bank policies and procedures / AMLCTF guidelines.
