Are you a confident and ambitious Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive looking for a new challenge?

Our client, a highly reputable challenger banking group based in London is looking for a Marketing Executive to join a small but experienced team in the day-to-day development and execution of the company’s marketing and communications activity. This is a varied role that will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across the full marketing mix (strong digital marketing focus) and make a real difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Strategy and Management 

o   Support Marketing Manager on the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead execution. This includes, but not limited to; print and digital advertising, email marketing, AdWords, paid social, social media

o   Support the ongoing strategy and execution of a bank-wide digital marketing strategy

Branding 

o   Work closely with external creative team to produce various on-brand internal and external assets

o   Facilitate production of branded merchandise for business lines

o   Act as the go-to stakeholder for various branding enquiries from around the business

o   Ensure all admin-type branding collateral is up-to-date; PowerPoints, letterheads etc.

PR and Events

o   Ensure yearly events plan is updated with all on and offline events, including various asset deadlines

o   Ensure PR plan is kept updated and team are notified of deadlines

Reporting

o   Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective

o   Support marketing agency in the creation of regular multi-channel reporting dashboards

o   Create ad hoc. reports using tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs, dotmailer etc

Ad hoc

o   Lead on the processing of all invoices

o   Ensure internal company intranet is kept updated with key messaging

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within financial services with a digital marketing background. Experience of working with typical digital marketing platforms is required, particular focus on WordPress and dotmailer. You will also have previous experience generating content with experience of B2B writing (some B2C would be helpful).
