- We are recruiting on behalf of Asprey Medical Services, a a dedicated medical recruitment company with a wealth of experience within our specialist fields. Asprey Medical are now looking at expanding their teams.
Are you a Senior Consultant / Care Desk Manager looking to further your career with a progressive and rapidly expanding company? Do you want to run your own desk and work for an employer that encourages ownership and accountability and believes passionately in empowering their people to perform?
Ideally you will have
· Maintained a hands-on sales role i.e. a running a desk
· Have a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
· Ideally have a recruitment background care sector, or if not, be passionate about wanting to join it.
This will be a 360-sales role managing your own desk so candidates should be experienced, confident and energetic.

Salary: negotiable and will depend on the candidate’s level of experience and location.
Commission: there is an excellent commission structure in place This will be discussed at interview.
