- Chartered Accountants based in the City of London for a qualified accountant with UK practice experience to join the team. This successful candidate must have experience of preparing financial statements and using IRIS.
You will be responsible for:
" Preparation of sole trader accounts, partnership accounts and rental accounts.
" Preparation and submission of company and personal and tax computations to HMRC.
" Calculation of income tax and capital gains tax liabilities, filing of Tax Returns with HMRC.
" Preparation of company accounts, corporation tax computation and form CT600
" Company secretarial duties including arranging for new incorporations preparation of and filing annual Confirmation Statements, dealing with issues in respect of changes in directors and/or shareholders.
" Ad hoc liaisons with clients and HMRC.
The successful candidate will have recent relevant accountancy experience gained within UK practice and experience of using IRIS software.
