- Leading City based Financial Services Company requires aFluent Spanish speaking Client Services Specialist within Payments to deliver a first-class service to their clients. Work with Client Management, Client Services, Operations and Production support teams within the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
" Assisting with managing client requestswith the processing of payments
" Track and assist clients and work with internal team to resolve issues with payments or systems
" Informing clients of issues with payments.
" Maintaining a positive relationship with client base.
" Assist in checking and processing trades.
" Engaging with corresponding banks to resolve issues.
Applicants must possess fluent Spanish language skills as well as work within a Client Services role and have a sound knowledge of Payments .
