Due to continued growth, a leading international bank has a number of exciting openings for Sales Executives to join their newly-created FX Team in Reading. To apply, candidates must have proven business development experience, dealing with customers / clients over the phone.
Working in a high-performing environment, you will be responsible for:
- Working as part of a team to qualify warm prospects and book appointments for Sales Executives to further develop
- Researching new leads and territories, conducting supplementary research on leads
- Managing caseloads from start to finish using CRM and ensuring it is maintained accurately
- Monitoring appointment pipeline
- Identifying cross selling opportunities
- Supporting Executives with meeting preparation: creating and amending presentations or literature and conducting research
In return you will receive full and ongoing sales and product-based training.
Candidates MUST demonstrate previous business development experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and excellent communication and influencing skills. Applicants should display a genuine interest in financial markets - experience gained within a Financial Services environment is not essential however would be an advantage. A fantastic opportunity for a resilient, tenacious individual to break into the financial markets with a clear development pathway.
