- Renowned investment management company is strengthening its Investment Management Operations Team with the addition of an Investment Operations Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be required to provide investment administrative support and a seamless service to clients. This role will suit an individual with a methodical approach to work and a keen eye for detail.
Duties to include:
- Responding to client queries and referring to qualified staff where necessary
- Onboarding of new clients and setting up / maintaining client records
- Produce valuation reports
- Processing transfers
- Effecting client payments
- Assisting with putting together client proposals (PowerPoint presentations, meeting packs etc.) and producing client documentation
- Provide clerical support to Investment Managers, where required
Initiative and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential to carrying out this role in what is a fast-paced environment. Applicants must demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and sound IT capabilities (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), previous relevant experience gained within Investment Management, Wealth Management or Financial Services is essential.
