- Are you a graduate with customer service experience gained within the Financial Services? Are you looking to break into banking?Then we may have the key to kick starting your career!We are currently working alongside a global banking group based in Cheshire, who are looking for TWO hard-working and tenacious graduates. This is a busy role which requires candidates who have the ability to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Full training and support will be provided - candidates must have at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) ideally in a financial/numerical/business-related discipline.Dealing with customer enquiries and liaising with custodiansAssist with the onboarding of new accounts - checking documentation, performing KYC and CDD checksPerform account maintenance tasks, registering customers onto digital banking platforms and maintaining customer portfolios and pricing checksProducing quarterly reportsProcessing corporate action eventsLiaising with the wider business to ensure timely and accurate settlement of cash and stock transactionsPrevious customer service experience is essential, ideally gained within a financial services organisation OR experience within savings and investments. Applicants MUST possess sound MS Office skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
