- We are recruiting on behalf of a pharmaceutical company based in central London for a meticulous Sales Support Administrator to join their Sales Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales and general administration support to the busy Sales Team and therefore will suit a driven individual who can manage multiple tasks at a given time.
What you will be doing:
- Providing sales support:generating invoices and purchase orders, assisting with providing quotations, maintaining CRM
- Logistics support:booking collections and exports, liaising with logistics partners to ensure they have all the necessary documentation, organising insurance for shipments
- General administration:filing documentation, reviewing company documents and updating where necessary, checking invoices before forwarding for payment
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven administration experience. Experience gained within a sales support / logistics environment would be a bonus although is not essential.
- Sound MS Office skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
