- EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
Expanding City-based Fund Manager is seeking to recruit an energetic and organised MARKETING ASSISTANT. This is a varied role where the successful candidate will gain good all-round exposure to marketing to include marketing and sales collateral, digital marketing and communications. The role will suit individuals with marketing experience who is self-starter with excellent communication skills and who also enjoys managing the admin side of managing the marketing function.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in all marketing co-ordination including; advertising and direct mail campaigns, newsletters, brochures, events, company website and social media.
- Manage diaries for the team and monitor inboxes.
- Managing marketing administration, maintaining databases, lists and calendars.
- Create and update investor documents, presentations and factsheets as per company guidelines
- Proof reading marketing materials.
- Overseeing digital marketing and liaising with external digital marketing agency.
- Preparing for and attending marketing meetings, taking minutes when required.
- Monitor costs, budgets.
- Ensure the marketing meets compliance requirements.
Educated to 2:1 degree level, or equivalent, (preferably in marketing) applicants will have recent, relevant marketing experience together with strong IT skills. Experience gained within a fund / asset management environment or similar would be advantageous.
