- We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join a rapidly expanding brokerage based in the City. The company has an ever-growing global presence and is looking for a Sales Specialist with fluent Arabic language skills to focus on FX / CFD platform sales for the MENA region. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager for the retail business in order to develop the existing book and maximise sales opportunities.
We are looking for candidates with a keen interest in financial and economic affairs who want to develop their skills at highly reputable company. The ideal candidate will have circa one year's experience within sales with a proven record in meeting and exceeding sales expectations. Financial Services experience preferred, although candidates with proven sales records gained in other industries are happily considered.
Duties to include:
- Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and live chats
- Responding to expressions of interest in the trading platform from potential new clients and converting those into new accounts
- Adapting to the varying needs of clients and adjusting sales pitch accordingly
- Providing support for existing clients through throughout the onboarding journey and
- Achieving monthly conversion targets and revenue KPIs
- Advising clients as to the benefits of services, dealing with platform queries etc. and advising them as to the benefits of using the platform for trading FX and CFD markets
- Manage and track prospects, leads, and accounts through Salesforce.com
Skills and experience required:
- A year in sales with a proven sales record. Brokerage experience preferred, although not essential
- Fluent Arabic language skills
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Professional and personable approach
- Persuasive and resilient telephone manner with strong influencing and negotiating skills
