- Leading City based Financial Services Company requires a Fluent Spanish speaking Client Services Specialist within Payments to deliver a first-class service to their clients. Working with operations and product teams across the business the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely response to and resolution of client enquiries as well as acting as the gateway for clients to the broader business. This role would suit an individual with a keen client focus who is skilled at building internal and external relationships.
Duties to include:
" Assisting with managing client requests with the processing of payments
" Assist with the onboarding of new clients
" Informing clients of issues with payments
" Maintaining a positive relationship with client base
" Assist in checking and processing trades
" Contribute to the design of client training on processes and products
" Some travel to visit clients may be required
Applicants must possess fluent Spanish language skills as well as work experience within a Client Services role. A knowledge of payments systems would be highly desirable, experience in Financial Services, preferred.
