- Hybrid working position! (2 days in the office and the remainder remote)
Established wealth management company based in the City require an organised, multitasking Sales Administrator who is able to pick up processes and procedures quickly and has solid MS Office skills to join them for a period of 12 months. Whilst previous experience gained within wealth or investment management would be preferred, it is not essential and applications from candidates with financial services / professional services / corporate experience will be considered.
What you will be doing:
- Dealing with queries from clients and brokers and referring with senior staff and the wider business, as necessary
- Managing sales teams inboxes ensuring queries are responded to and actioned within turnaround time
- Processing and distributing figures on a daily / weekly basis
- Maintaining client list and sharing with marketing team
- Updating CRM
- Maintain SharePoint
- Produce client and marketing documentation and presentations
- Sending sales literature to clients
- Managing diaries and travel
- Organising meeting, webinars, events and restaurant reservations for clients and staff
- Running some events together with the Senior Sales Administrator
- Taking minutes at committee meetings and distribute along with any other reporting
Requirements for the role:
- Experience gained in an administration role in a fast-paced financial services / professional services / corporate environment
- Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) skills
- Ability organise and manage workload effectively and work to deadlines
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal with people at all levels both internally and externally
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Minute taking experience would be a bonus
