Description
Niche Investment Management company wishes to recruit TWO Client Administrators to join their Investment Operations Team on 6-month fixed term contracts. Applicants will have previous Financial Services administration / Corporate Services administration experience or will be educated to degree-level, or the equivalent, with a desire to develop a career in Financial Services.
 
This is a hybrid working position with 2 days per week working from their central Bristol office and the remainder remotely.
 
The purpose of the role will be to complete client summaries / reviews for new and existing clients, ensuring that all relevant FCA regulations are met.
 
Duties to include:
 
  • Obtaining questionnaires and factfinds from clients and IFAs
  • Liaising with clients and IFAs to arrange meetings with Investment Managers
  • Review client files to extract necessary information for client summaries
  • Creating meeting notes outlining information required to meet regulations
  • Producing various documentation / presentations / emails to a high standard
  • Assist with client administration such as:
    • Onboarding new accounts
    • Dealing with amendments
    • Liaising with clients and referring investment-related queries to qualified staff
    • Preparing client meeting and supporting marketing documentation
    • Maintaining client accounts
 
Applicants should be educated to at least 2:1 degree level, or the equivalent, or possess recent, relevant administration experience gained within a Financial Services environment. You will demonstrate accuracy, a keen attention to detail, strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences both written and verbally.
