- Well-respected, ethical Wealth Manager is looking for TWO proactive, enthusiastic and multi-tasking Client Services Administrators to provide wide-ranging administrative and operational support to one of their teams of Investment Managers. Applicants will have previous Team Assistant / Client Services / Financial Services administration with a desire to develop a career in investment management.
This is a hybrid working position with 3 days per week working from their central Bristol office and the remainder remotely.
Working to support Investment Managers and Investment Directors, the successful candidates will be responsible for providing support to all parts of the team and respective clients for client administration as well as direct support to Investment Managers.
What you will be doing day-to-day:
- Providing direct support to Investment Managers: diary management (incl. managing conflicts), arranging meetings (internally and externally), circulating meeting invitations, organising travel and processing expenses
- Liaising with clients and referring investment-related queries to qualified staff
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Following up on emails sent to team inbox and responding to emails on behalf of Investment Managers
- Liaising with the wider business and answering enquiries
- Preparing client meeting and supporting marketing documentation
- Minute / note taking at meetings
- Producing various documentation / presentations / emails to a high standard
- Maintaining client records and filing correspondence
Initiative and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential to carrying out this role in what is a fast-paced environment. Applicants must demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and sound IT capabilities (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), previous relevant experience gained within Investment Management, Wealth Management or Financial Services would be highly desirable.
