- Description
- Expanding global trading house is seeking a Senior Client Services Associate to their Commodities Operations. The Client Services Team is responsible for working alongside Front Office and Risk teams to provide a best-in-class customer experience to support new customer business and existing customer retention and growth with the aim of the customer experience serving as a value differentiator.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for providing customer support for the exchange traded business across all markets in the following areas:
- Satisfactory and timely resolution of client queries
- Assisting in the marketing of new clients and attending client meetings, as needed
- Onboarding of all clients, creating and maintaining new and existing accounts, liaising with Front Office and other teams across the business throughout
- Agreement, collection and reporting of all client margins and cash debits
- Liaising with exchanges and clearing houses, ensuring that changes affecting client or margins are managed and reflected internally
- Contributing towards ongoing process improvement and automation of processes
What you will need to be successful for the role:
- Strong back office operations and client services experience
- Sound knowledge of clearing and back office systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid commodities knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Good educational background – degree level (or equivalent), preferred
