A fantastic opportunity for a T24 System Analyst has arisen within a rapidly expanding international bank based in central London. You will be responsible for maintaining the bank’s computer systems and equipment, as well as assisting users with problems when required. Experience with T24 is essential for this role.
Duties to include:
- Reporting and fixing any problems that users have with the computer system. This will involve providing first level of services in helpdesk.
- Producing daily reports, confirmations and statements to users.
- Communicating with staff across different departments, as well as liaising with external vendors and contractors.
- Assisting in the testing and implementation of software applications and data processing procedures.
- Ensuring and maintaining the security of the bank’s system. This will involve conducting designated system backups.
Requirements for the role:
- University degree (or equivalent) in computer science, or in a related discipline.
- Experience within banking or financial services, working in a similar role.
- Experience of working with Temenos T24 system essential.
- Candidates must be able to work irregular hours as needed.
As well as excellent technical and analytical skills, the ideal candidate will have first class communication (written and spoken English) and interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail with a strong customer focus.
