- Montpellier Resourcing are now looking to bring onboard a hardworking, ambitious and driven Recruitment Account Manager. We are a Boutique Recruitment Agency based in the City of London.
The successful candidate will join this energetic and passionate team specialising in FINANCIAL SERVICES recruitment and we are looking for a like-minded individual!
This role sits within the Resourcing function and reports directly into the Managing Director. You will be working closely with the Managing Director, which will give you high exposure internally and externally while working to fill varied positions (both permanent and temporary) and interact with candidates and clients at all levels.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and pre-screening candidates for their suitability to each role
- Sourcing candidates and identifying skills and suitability to match with appropriate vacancies
- Candidate management
- Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
- Update recruitment database.
- Dealing with general enquires around vacancies, contracts, pay and logistics
Requirements for the role:
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and work to specific deadlines
- A problem solver and enjoy handling and managing challenges
- Ability to build a rapport with clients and gain their trust
- Be able to build a rapport with candidates and use this to gain their interest in roles
- Have a calm approach and be capable to producing under pressure
- Organised and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail
- Sound MS Office skills
