Niche City-based Investment House wishes to recruit TWO Client Services Executives to join their Investment Operations Team. This role will require the successful candidates to have investment administration experience – particularly suitability reviews and a keen client service focus.
What the Client Service Executive role will involve:
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and assisting with investigations, ensuring any investment-related queries are referred to certified staff members
- Building and developing relationships with clients, their intermediaries and across the business in order to deliver the best possible service and outcomes for clients
- Attending client meetings
- Producing client review documentation and presentations for client review meetings
- Collating information to support client suitability and producing suitability reviews for prospective and existing clients
- Producing valuation reports
- Onboarding new accounts and dealing with account closures
- Processing transfers and payments
- Estate distribution
- Maintaining client accounts
- Acting as the ‘point person’ between the Operations Team and the Investment Management Team ensuring that all parties concerned are kept abreast of progress
- Maintaining CRM
Requirements to be successful in the role:
- Recent, relevant Client Service experience gained within an investment / wealth management environment
- Relevant investment administration experience
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and juggle changing priorities
