A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to join the HR department at a Private Bank based in the City on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Working as the Onboarding Analyst, you will be responsible for the initial onboarding procedures for all suppliers and new starters at the bank. This is fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administrative experience, looking to further develop their career.
Duties to include:
- Supporting with the onboarding and employment screening process of all new starters. This will involve DBS checking, issuing references and providing ‘four-eye’ check for new joiners being added to the payroll.
- Assisting with the screening and onboarding of third-party consultants and liaising with supplier managers across the organisation.
- Updating the payroll with any changes to the existing terms, and providing colleague updates on the system.
- Inputting and updating employee records on the HR system.
- Assisting other team members, as and when asked. This will involve cover queries across other areas, such as recruitment, learning and development, or people data.
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced with onboarding candidates or new starters (highly desirable)
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with strong written and verbal skills.
- Numerate, possessing strong analytical skills.
- Organised, and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
