A new opportunity has arisen for a Credit Card Technical Specialist to join a highly-regarded private bank based in the City. You will be responsible for the oversight of continual operations of all card services, as well as supporting any changes across the card products from a technical perspective.
Duties to include:
- Co-ordinating and managing relationships with key industry suppliers, ensuring that any mandated or regulated changes are considered and communicated across the organisation and with stakeholders.
- Overseeing internal Card and Payment forums, ensuring that all related activity is handled appropriately and in a cohesive manner.
- Working to deliver business readiness, ensuring handover from project to operational BAU is completed within agreed warranty periods.
- Working within the team to enable the execution of all customer tasks. You will act as the point of reference for colleagues and will assist with any queries or questions as and when needed.
- Leading on tasks, providing solutions, and suggesting process improvements, whilst simultaneously working flexibly alongside other leaders in the organisation.
- Ensuring that all incidents are recorded in the Incident Management System and reviewed and analysed.
Requirements for the ideal candidate:
- At least three years professional experience in an Operational / technical card-based role.
- Experience of key VISA areas such as VbV, Issuer Public Keys, VAU, VSDC profiles
- Competent awareness of retail banking products.
- Experience of leading a team
