Up to £42k + benefits + bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen in central London to join a thriving fintech start-up specialising in global payments and treasury services. Our client is seeking a Client Services Executive to deliver a first-class service to their clients. This role will enable the successful candidate to gain exposure across multiple areas of the Business, bridging across compliance, operations and relationship managers.
Duties of the Client Services Executive to include:
- Producing account and card statements for clients
- Acting as the lead for the card program
- Customer Service Function via applications such as Zendesk and WhatsApp
- Maintaining a positive relationship with client base and building upon new and existing relations.
- Assist in checking and processing trades.
- Management of VIBAN requests.
The successful Client Services Executive candidate will have:
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- A strong customer focus and a flair for marketing services to customers are also required.
- Knowledge of settlement systems would be advantageous.
