Join a highly successful payments business enjoying growth and new business development opportunities with a high-profile corporate client base. This is an excellent opportunity to work with some very well-regarded industry professionals building a leading and progressive payments company.
Duties of the Relationship Manager Support to include:
- Managing client relationships throughout the onboarding process to ensure operational excellence can be achieved.
- Pre-empting and reacting quickly to developing client needs.
- Keep regular and productive contact with clients stakeholders.
- Optimising relationships and identifying commercial growth opportunities and cross selling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of company systems and services.
- Keep up to date with payment data and trends to provide regular insights and trend analysis to clients.
- Act as a point of escalation. Building open lines of communication with internal IT, Sales and Operations Teams to resolve any arising issues.
- Carefully monitor, manage and review client service level agreements.
- Organise and conduct regular service reviews.
- Suggest and implement operational and commercial improvements.
The successful Relationship Manager Support candidate will have:
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- A strong customer focus and a flair for marketing services to customers are also required.
- Knowledge of settlement systems would be advantageous.
