Full time role (this position will involve working on Saturday 8am – 1pm every 3 weeks).
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established Wealth Management firm as they seek an enthusiastic and personable candidate to join their Operations Department as a Call Centre / Online Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career within financial services, and the role would suit someone who is inquisitive and passionate about people, and who enjoys assisting customers with any queries and issues they may have.
Duties of the Customer Service Representative to include:
- Promptly and professionally responding to any questions from clients and colleagues, guiding them through process, experience, and system queries.
- Triage all client queries to ensure that every customer receives excellent care and attention, and to guarantee a prompt resolution to any issues. This will involve escalating and articulating any significant issues to the appropriate owner, including third parties and internal stakeholders.
- Directing end-users to supporting material or further information to improve their overall experience and enhance their ability to self-serve in the future.
- Recording feedback for training and development purposes and ensuring that all issues are effectively recorded and tracked.
The successful Online Customer Service Representative candidate will have:
- A professional and personable attitude, with confident communication skills.
- Experience with Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- A genuine passion for client services and the overall customer experience.
- A background in financial services would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
