Do you have experience working in a Fintech or an SME? Then this could be the role for you!

A global currency exchange provider based in Central London is seeking an HR Generalist to support the team with the provision of a professional and efficient HR service to Management and Employees. This is a busy and all-rounder role, so we are seeking a confident and qualified HR Advisor who is excited about the prospect of getting stuck in with building key relationships, and can hit the ground running.  

Duties of the HR Generalist to include:
  • Providing in-house HR support, and supporting employee relations including grievances and disciplinaries, supporting the managers and escalating issues whenever necessary.
  • Reviewing and updating all HR policies in line with employment laws.
  • First point of contact for employees and line managers with all HR queries.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, when required, and preparing payroll information, providing key people-related figures.
  • Support a broad range of Human Resources queries and cases, including maternity / paternity leave, exit interviews, monitoring staff performances and appraisal processes.
  • Responsible for all Personal Files, including auditing the files, electronic filing and adhering to Data Protection rules.

Thesuccessful HR Generalist candidate will have:
  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in HR, business or a related field
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Proven professional experience as an HR Advisor
  • Proficient with IT systems including MS Office, and HRIS systems.
