An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Trading House based in the City as they seek an experience Data Modeller to join their Climate Transition team to enhance emissions data modelling and statistical models. You will be working alongside a team of sustainable finance experts to enhance the overall mathematical modelling capabilities of the team to ultimately provide science-based climate transition solutions to clients.
Duties of Data Modeller to include:- Lead the development of data dashboards that allow clients to analyse the company's financial data.
- Develop and enhance the emissions modelling and estimation methodologies.
- Play a key role in the development and creation of climate data models that integrate other datasets, such as financial risk or return data.
- The development in the climate platform of AI/ML/NLP models
Requirements for the successful Data Modelling candidate:- Master's degree or Phd in Mathematics, Financial Modelling or related field.
- Strong experience with Python, MondoDB, and SQL. This includes the ability to design, code and test robust scalable data models in Python.
- Sound knowledge of AI/NLP techniques and models.
