An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Liaison Officer to join a leading boutique Private Bank based in the city. We are seeking friendly, professional and articulate candidates with previous experience working within Customer Service in a financial institution. The successful candidates will act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, to include payments, account maintenance and online banking services.
Duties of the Client Liaison Officer to include:
- Extensive telephone liaison with all customers who call into the Bank. You will be responsible for assisting with queries, and directing them in the right direction to ensure all issues are promptly resolved.
- Registering and approving customers to the online banking system
- Dealing with customer queries regarding online / mobile banking services
- Resetting passwords, logins etc.
- Dealing with payment queries
- Assist with the set up and maintenance of customer payments and regular payments
- Account opening, switching and maintenance
equirements for the Client Liaison Officer:
- Personality is absolutely VITAL for this role. Candidates must be polite, friendly and attentive.
- Previous professional experience in an environment assisting High Net Worth Individuals.
- Proven relevant banking operations experience highly desirable.
