Due to rapid expansion, a great opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join this leading wealth management firm in Glasgow. We are seeking professional and friendly administrators with previous audio typing experience who are looking to hit the ground running to support a busy department team.
Duties of the Team Secretary to include:
- Provide audio typing support to Client Service Executives and Fund Managers on a daily basis to ensure that all correspondence with clients is administered and recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Creating mail merges and tracking emails
- Producing client meeting packs
- Producing valuations and cash statements
- Ensuring all procedures meet with CASS regulations, and reporting any concerns to line management.
- Maintaining the client records and reporting any errors or discrepancies.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects and support other areas of the office as and when required.
Requirements for the successful Team Secretary:
- Previous experience working within Financial Services is essential
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with excellent written English.
- Audio typing experience
