Up to £100,000 plus benefits and bonus
Due to exciting company-wide growth and development, a leading wealth management firm are seeking an experience Equity Analyst to join their London Office. You will be joining a stock-picking fund, investing in companies of all sizes, but specialising in company analysis for UK small and mid-cap companies. We are seeking candidates with CFA Qualifications, and strong Bloomberg skills.
Duties of the Equity Analyst to include:- Dedicated analyst on a unit trust product with a quality growth style, providing in depth stock-specific analysis across FTSE All-Share and AIM indices
- Idea generation and ongoing monitoring of existing investments
- Arrange and conduct meetings with company management, alone and as part of a small team
- Build relationships with external brokers and research providers
- Provide written and verbal equity reports and models for the fund manager
- Assist with the production of marketing materials, ad hoc administration, eventually communicate stock selection rationale to clients and ratings agencies
- Deputise for the Fund Manager in their absence
- Minimum five years’ experience as an investment analyst.
- CFA qualifications.
- Previous experience of UK small and mid cap equities, IPOs
- Strong Excel and Bloomberg understanding, Factset experience useful but not essential
