A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly prestigious wealth management firm, as they seek and Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Liverpool. You will be playing a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable Function, working with complex account queries and reconciliations etc and assisting with the continuous improvement of accuracy and efficiency. This is a 12 month FTC, and we are seeking newly qualified or part-qualified
AAT candidates.

Duties of the Accounts Payable Analyst to include:
- Complete complex supplier account statement reconciliations and liaise with suppliers directly to resolve issues.
- Review the Account Operations’ transactions to ensure that they are accurately processed within approved timescales.
- Review personal expense claims, ensuring all are in adherence with Corporate Expense Policy
- Produce month end reports for Financial Control pack including sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliation, Aged Creditor review & Debit Balance analysis.
- Support internal and external audit where needed.
Requirements for the successful Accounts Payable Analyst:
- At least 3 years experience working within an Accounts Payable position.
- Part of newly qualified Accountant Technician (AAT)
- Experience with Finance ERP systems and MS Office.
