An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding Fund Management company based in the City. We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and organised Sales Support Assistant to support and assist the busy sales team. This is a fantastic experience for someone with administrative and team assistant experience, who is seeking to develop their professional career.
Duties of the Sales Support Coordinator:
- Managing and updating the CRM system.
- Working to support the sales team, you will be responsible for diary management, scheduling meetings and note-taking during client meetings.
- This is a client facing role, and you will be required to answer phone calls and handle enquiries from clients, as and when directed by the sales team.
- Assisting in account management and administration to maintain and support the sales team’s account.
- Keeping track of sales targets for the team.
- Working to develop the brand’s name. This may involve supporting other teams such as marketing or public relations.
Requirements for the successful Sales Support Coordinator:
- Educated to University degree level (or equivalent)
- Experience working within Fund Management or Asset Management preferred
- Confident IT skills, including Excel
- Previous administrative or team support experience
