Due to exciting growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading private bank in the City as they are seeking a Cards and Payments SME to join their Banking Operations team. You will be responsible for assisting with ongoing scheme, regulatory and optional change, ensuring that the business remains compliant and competitive. We are seeking candidates with previous banking experience, specialising in Cards, Opening Banking and payments, who have experience with change management procedures.
Duties of the Cards / Payments SME to include:
- Providing support to the Team’s management with the change program, working to provide clear and concise procedures for all jobs affected by the relevant change being implemented.
- Representing the business at change related meetings which require a technical input and attendance.
- Contribute to management reporting. This will involve compiling reports on cards and banking performance, related fraud events and projects. This will be integral to ensure key milestones are met within agreed timescales.
- Ensuring operational changes to processes and systems are compliant with both scheme and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting QA testing on new releases and lead on any reviews of discrepancies / bugs identified.
Requirements for the successful Cards / Payments SME candidate to include:
- Educated to Undergraduate level (or equivalent). Business, Economics or a related degree highly desirable.
- Previous experience working within Banking is essential with private banking highly desirable.
- Experience within a Banking Operations role, with a particular focus on change management.
