Due to very exciting levels of growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a commercial property lending company in the City of London. Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join their team, where you will work closely with the Director of Operations to identify areas of the business where improvements can be made, and operation efficiencies can be improved. Candidates will have worked in a similar role previous, assisting across a broad range of departments with operation improvements. This is a hugely exciting opportunity with plenty of scope for career progression within this thriving company
Duties of the Operations Associate to include:
- Monitoring existing processes and procedures, working to identify and analyze areas to improve efficiency
- Work to assess and address operational risks and concerns
- Conducting regular internal and market research to ensure that the company Is proactive and ahead of competitors.
- Creating and delivering reports on finding, wherein you identify areas to optimize
- Assist with the onboarding and project management of new technology and systems
- Working alongside the finance division by delivering timely results and financial models
Requirements for the successful candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role. Experience within property finance is highly desirable
- Strong communication and numeracy sills
- Excellent organization skills with demonstrable ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
