A fantastic opportunity has arisen for candidate with previous Investment experience to join a boutique Asset Management firm in London. This is an incredible opportunity to join an exciting company with lots of growth plans for 2024. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations across a range of funds, including crypto and digital asset funds. Working to support the Chief Operations Officers, you will also be working to support the Sales and Investment team, to ensure all processes achieve maximum efficiency. This is a really exciting opportunity which will offer the right candidate the opportunity to develop their skillset within a boutique and highly specialized investment firm
Duties of the Investment Operations Analyst to include:
- Responsible for the production of reports relating to fund and investor performance, reconciliations of NAVs and the review of fund administrator NAV packages
- Management of fund expenses and fund cashflow requirements
- Consistent review of the operations process, working to continually improve with the creation of supporting manuals and implementing best practice recommendations
- Assist in preparing compliance, regulatory and risk reports, and ad hoc report for management.
- Supporting the wider team with other projects, including new fund launches, fund amendments and relevant account openings
Requirements for the successful Investment Operations Analyst to include:
- Educated to University Undergraduate Degree level (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within asset management or hedge fund background
- Previous experience with investment portfolios and fund setups would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of Fund NAV reviews
