A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a specialist Banking company based in the heart of the City of London. Joining a dynamic and collaborative HR team, you will be working to support the Senior Learning and Development Manager in the successful implementation of the L&D strategy. This role offers hybrid working, and is fantastic opportunity for someone who has a few years' experience within Learning & Development, and is seeking to take their career to the next level!
- Supervising training operations, which involves maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), assessing learning effectiveness, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and coordinating Learning and Development (L&D) activities.
- Cultivating a culture of learning within the bank.
- Collaborating with the L&D Manager to conduct an annual learning needs analysis and identifying learning requirements during interactions with the business.
- Procuring and offering guidance on external training providers as needed to address identified needs, adhere to timelines, and meet budgetary constraints.
- Arranging training rooms, managing refreshments, and providing IT support to external training providers.
- Creating guides and booklets to supplement training efforts.
- Overseeing qualification programs.
- Educated to university undergraduate level or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant Learning and Development experience, ideally gained within Financial Services
- Strong IT skills and experience of LMS systems
- Excellent organization skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Training, Insights Discovery and/or other psychometric qualifications (desirable)
