A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading and highly-regarded professional services company in London as they seek an FP&A Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team. The role will involve working with financial data to analyze business performance, and understanding and identifying opportunities for the business to grow and improve through insightful analytics and reporting. Working alongside colleagues stationed globally, and with a range of business stakeholders, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent analytical skills to join a dynamic company, and play a vital role in driving forward the company’s strategy and vision.

Duties of the FP&A Analyst to include:

• Develop impactful reporting for leadership, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategy
• Collaborate with global Business Intelligence teams to enhance reporting for performance improvement and growth
• Advocate for the value of internal data analysis and promote data-driven decision-making culture
• Conduct detailed analysis, explaining business performance drivers to non-financial stakeholders
• Support technical implementation of Power BI dashboards and handle ad-hoc data requests across functions.
• Working closely with stakeholders to interpret analysis and findings, and working to devise strategies to address issues and opportunities

Requirements for the successful candidate:

• Experience working with Power BI is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen, with experience running analysis across multiple business functions (e.g. marketing, finance, HR)
• Highly advanced MS Excel skills with experience working with large volumes of Data
• Strong and demonstrable data analysis and financial modelling skills
• Minimum 3 years’ professional experience working in a data analyst or strategic analyst role
