We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager who operates at the intersection of luxury, logistics, and intuition. In this position, you will act as the ultimate gatekeeper and facilitator for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. You will be responsible for the 360-degree management of their lifestyle, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.

Core Responsibilities of the Lifestyle Manager to include:

• Strategic Lifestyle Oversight: Act as the central hub for all client affairs, including global travel, property portfolios, and social calendars.
• High-Level Logistics: Orchestrate complex international movements involving private aviation, yacht charters, and luxury ground transport.
• Event & Experience Curation: Gain access to "money-can’t-buy" experiences, from private atelier viewings to sold-out global summits.
• Vendor Management: Leverage your existing "Black Book" of world-class vendors, contractors, and specialists to ensure premium service delivery.
• Household Integration: Collaborate with Family Offices and domestic staff to ensure residences are managed to the highest standards.

Requirements for the successful Lifestyle Manager candidate:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience working directly with HNW/UHNW individuals, Family Offices, or elite concierge firms.

• Existing Client Portfolio: You must possess a strong, verifiable portfolio of previous or current clients who can vouch for your expertise and discretion.
• Industry Authority: You are already "plugged in" to the luxury ecosystem. You don't search for contacts; you already have them on speed dial.
• Absolute Discretion: A flawless reputation for maintaining the privacy and security of high-profile principals.
• Emotional Intelligence: The ability to read the room, adapt your communication style, and remain unflappable under intense pressure.
