- Due to an increase in business, we are currently seeking an engaging and ambitious GRADUATE to join us on a permanent basis to be involved in establishing a new division focused on Financial Technology. No prior experience is required for this position however the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, extremely hard working and must have a keen interest in the latest technologies.
The successful candidate:
· You will be ultra-ambitious, totally committed and seeking a long term career with no constraints on opportunity.
· Fast-thinking, high-energy with a sense of humour
· You will be commercially-focused, and aspire to working with collaborative teams, consistently achieving your maximum potential; understanding the value of service and sales, customer experience and the business.
What experience do I need?
· Ideally be a recent graduate
· Ultra-ambitious and a high achiever. A 'person fit’ is the most important factor to us.
A typical day will include:
· Relationship management, market research, client meetings, interviewing candidates, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining client relationships!
