An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a dynamic and leading-edge FX Company for a Head of FX Dealing. Managing a team of 5, you will be responsible for the development and training of your Dealers, whilst working to increase revenue and drive the business forward.

Duties to include:

• Managing and nurturing relationships with mid-sized business clients and maximising the delivery of FX revenue.
• Monitoring market data, keeping clients and FX Dealers informed in order to support them make business decisions and to help dealers design and develop strategies to improve the quality trading and performance.
• Monitoring team KPIs and error rates.
• Managing the Dealing Team with personal development, conducting review sessions and 1-2-1s.
• Acting as the 1st point of contact for client complaints.
• Ensuring the Team is compliant with AML regulations and Company policies.
• Regularly liaising with other departments within the business and taking a key position in the leadership team.

You will have:

• Proven experience in FX dealing with sound team management and staff development skills
• Extensive experience in developing sales and managing a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients with demonstrable knowledge of the FX Market
