An expanding specialist lending banking group in Central London are seeking a Bridging Sales Account Manager with experience in property development. The successful candidate will be required to expand and maintain relationships with brokers and other introducers. Candidates will be required to indicatively price up and underwrite new bridging case deals, therefore experience within Bridging Finance and Credit/Underwriting are essential. The role is a front office position and therefore strong communication and relationship management skills are also crucial.
Duties include;
· Analyse, negotiate and structure potential bridging loans ensuring they are in line with credit policy
· Form and maintain relationships with intermediaries and professionals
· Ensure that applicants are processed within set service standards and in line with key performance indicators
· Ensure Bridging policy and regulatory requirements are adhered to
· Undertake project and ad-hoc pieces of work as necessary
To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience with bridging finance and a strong understanding of credit/underwriting. Candidates who hold a lending mandate will be at a distinct advantage.
