Our client is one of the fastest growing Financial Technology firms in the world. Leaders in their field and now operating on a global scale (5 offices); they require a Sales Operations Manager to join their London Headquarters on a permanent basis. The position sits in the newly created Sales Operation division which is responsible for the ongoing improvement of sales performance and efficiency.
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the enterprise sales lifecycle / processes (B2B) & will draw upon this experience in order to identify improvements throughout the Sales process. Supporting the establishment and ongoing growth of this division, the candidate will build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting all aspects of the sales organisation’s operations (sales processes, reporting, intelligence and technology).
Responsibilities –
· Design & improve processeswithin the Sales Operations function, building the frameworks to ensure ongoing efficiency
· Building productive relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and regularly provide updates on relevant Sales Operations initiatives and developments.
· Coordinate Sales Forecasting, Planning and Budgeting – maintain tools and processes in coordination with Finance team
· Design and implement sales reporting metrics and KPI’s, provide data to Sales team to improve strategies and sales effectiveness,
· Create and maintain documentation on core sales processesin order to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organisation
· Work with the Salesforce Manager, act as a central gatekeeper to ensure that all Salesforce tasks are completed
· Support Sales on-boardingand training initiatives
· Improve the Bid Management process, work with key stakeholders to ensure that the pipeline is constantly reviewed and managed appropriately.
To be considered for this role, you must have 3-5 years’ working in a B2B business with an excellent understanding of complex solution selling sales processes. Candidates must come with in-depth experience in Sales Pipeline Management, Salesforce and Reporting.
