- Description
- A rapidly growing banking group in the city are currently seeking to recruit a Nostro Reconciliations Officer to join their operations team. The successful candidate will be required to carry out all Nostro functions within the bank whilst adhering to any regulatory requirements in place with the Bank's policies and procedures. The candidate will also be responsible for providing support to the payments operations team.
Duties to include:
· Reconciliation of all Cash Nostro accounts using reconciliation systems
· Ensure that the internal controls daily checklist is completed accordingly and any irregularities are reported
· Processing domestic and international payments (BACS/Chaps/SWIFT)
· Set up electronic banking contracts
· Daily reporting
· Audit confirmations
· Set up and maintenance of credit card, paying in and encashment facilities
· Act as a point of contact between dealers and support personnel to resolve any issues that arise
Candidates must have previous banking operations experience/customer service experience. Nostro reconciliations and payments experience is essential.
